Privacy Policy

When you create an account and use Alliasheet, we collect:

• Your email address and authentication details.
• Your business profile (name, address, country) that you enter for payout setup.
• Invoice data: clients, line items, amounts, currencies, tax settings and payment status.
• Usage records such as when a client views or pays an invoice, and reminder history.

During payout verification you may provide government ID numbers, bank account numbers, and identity documents. These are forwarded directly and securely to our payment provider for verification the moment you submit them. Alliasheet keeps only the verification result (approved, declined, or what's still needed) — never the documents or numbers themselves.

Card details entered by your clients are handled entirely by our payment provider's hosted payment page and never reach Alliasheet. Payouts are sent to the bank account you connect through the payment provider.

We use your information to:

• Create and send invoices, estimates and payment links on your behalf.
• Process payouts and keep you informed of their status.
• Verify your identity as required by financial regulations.
• Detect fraud and protect against disputed or abusive payments.
• Send transactional emails such as invoice and reminder notifications.

We share data only with the payment provider that processes payments, identity verification and payouts on our behalf, and with infrastructure providers that host the service. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to anyone.

We keep invoice and account records for as long as your account is active, and as required by financial record-keeping rules. You can request deletion of your account data at any time via the address on our contact page; we'll remove what we're legally allowed to remove and tell you what must be retained.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll respond to your request.

If we change this policy materially, we'll notify you through the app before the change takes effect.
