Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of Alliasheet. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Alliasheet lets you create and send professional invoices with hosted payment links, receive online payments from your clients, and receive payouts to your linked bank account. Payments, identity verification and payouts are processed by our payment provider; Alliasheet is not a bank and does not hold your funds.

Fees

Total fees are 3.90% + 30¢ per paid card invoice on the Standard tier, or 4.40% + 30¢ with Enhanced Protection. This all-in price is made up of card processing by our payment provider (2.9% + 30¢) plus the AlliaSheet platform fee (1.00% Standard, 1.50% Enhanced), which covers automatic tax, payouts and account costs. Fees are deducted from the paid amount and itemised on each invoice. Fees may change with prior notice through the app.

Payouts and holds

Paid funds are paid out to your linked bank account. You can request a payout of your available balance at any time. Alliasheet may place a review hold on high-value invoices (currently $5,000 or more) or on accounts flagged for elevated risk before releasing funds, and payment networks may delay funds beyond our control.

Identity verification

Financial regulations require us to verify the identity of merchants. You agree to provide accurate business and representative information when asked, and to keep it up to date. We may suspend payouts if verification is incomplete or fails.

Acceptable use

You may not use Alliasheet to invoice for:

  • Illegal products or services, or anything prohibited by our payment provider.
  • Activities involving fraud, money laundering, or sanctions-evading parties.
  • Fake invoices, self-payments to generate artificial volume, or chargeback abuse.

Breaking these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and holding of funds related to suspicious activity.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you send, for delivering what you invoice for, for your clients' disputes and chargebacks, and for your own tax filings — including VAT, GST or sales tax shown on your invoices.

Liability

Alliasheet is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alliasheet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by payment networks, banks, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination and changes

You can close your account at any time; pending payouts will be completed where possible. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
